Returns & Exchanges Policy — Alexander Sachs
At Alexander Sachs, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're here to assist you.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition in which you received it
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
You'll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, you will receive:
- Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the destination country.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will process replacements or issue store credit as appropriate once the issue has been confirmed.
Exceptions / Non Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Made to measure or customized products
- Worn or cleaned garments
- Sale items and gift cards
- Personal care items such as beauty or hygiene products
- Special orders or personalized pieces
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase, following approval, and place a new order separately.
This ensures product availability and faster processing.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of its status.
If approved, refunds are issued exclusively as a digital gift card of equal value with no expiration date.
For online purchases, refunds are issued only via gift card.
For in store purchases, refunds are also issued as a gift card.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non refundable.
Important Notes
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are adequately packaged and shipped.
- In the event of an order cancellation after confirmation, an administrative fee of CHF 10 will be charged to cover processing costs.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
- Alexander Sachs reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions described above.
